Day visitors with little baggage are recommended to use the close by car parks. Other parking spots within walking distance will be hard to find.

Hints for first timers: The area, the “Lippeweiden”, is a big grass field. Even under dry weather conditions, the grass will be wet in the morning and in the evening.
Please make sure you bring appropriate shoes.
For the night flying, please bring pocket lights. Many kites are supplied with reflectors, you would not see them if you didn’t bring a light.
